•  When will I receive my order?

Our orders are usually delivered between the time period of 1-4 Weeks for furniture. Depending on demand.

For Christmas products from 2-5 days.

• What are the shipping costs?

Shipping and Delivery is €30 for our Cypriot customers! 

For Christmas products it starts from  €6 and raises based on weight. 

• How are your products made? Are they imported?

All of our furniture are exclusively handcrafted and made in Cyprus! We do not source products from other countries or companies. We do not mass produce our products, each product is handcrafted and carefully made by hand. To ensure high quality production we only use high quality material to make our products.

The Christmas collection is imported from Europe, Denmark and many pieces are handmade or hand-painted.

• Where are you located? Can we arrange meetings?

Our production takes place in Larnaca!

Of course we can arrange meetings for a discussion or to view the Christmas collection up close and personal before buying!

• How do I contact your company?

• Do you ship internationally? 

Unfortunately, we only ship in Cyprus currently.

Returns Policy 

Return Period: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns: The item must be unused, and in the same condition as received. Proof of purchase is required.

Damaged or Defective Items

Reporting Timeframe: If an item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.

Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement or discount once the damage is confirmed.

Exchanges Policy: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Please contact us to confirm if your desired item is available.

10-Year Warranty

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our mirrors. That’s why we offer a 10-year warranty on our Mirror products.

What’s Covered:

• Manufacturing defects (e.g., faulty materials or poor workmanship).
• Structural integrity of custom-made furnishings and decor items. (eg. the mirror unsticks from the frame)

What’s Not Covered:

• Normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper maintenance and using wrong cleaning supplies like chlorine. 
• Damage caused by exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., humidity, water damage, excessive heat).
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
